2. Success on Your Terms
You are wondering is this all there is to life?
Who the hell am I, and what is the point?
Is there something wrong with me, I should be happy?
I know I have to change something, but I have no clue what that is?

This is a long term, rich conversation that takes place over the course of 12 months.

As a result of this year long commitment, you will get the following:

A life that really fulfills you in every way. Work, relationships, play, mind body, spirit.
Your work will be the total of expression of what you have always wanted. Jump out of bed every morning kind of work.
Your relationships will go to places they have never been...
You will feel successful, not just intellectually, but as a deep knowing.
Your business will be looking like what you have always imagined, truly a model of something extraordinary.

To commence we spend two days in an off site retreat style setting of your choice. This time gives us a unique opportunity to accelerate our work together, allowing me to get a deep understanding of your values, drivers, history and aspirations. Few people really take the time to step deeply into a contemplation of their journey to now and their desires for the future. Many people find this two~day retreat life changing on its own.

From here we craft the best combination of meetings to achieve the outcomes you desire.

We may work strictly one on one, and/or with your leadership team, Board, or primary business and/or personal partnerships.

Face to face in your location, or mine, and/or by telephone or skype, with ad hoc calls and emails as needed, based around a minimum of a half~day a month. Fee’s do not include travel expenses, which are business class for +5 hours flying time. (Packages including travel may be arranged)

Many of my clients have worked with me for years. One since 1998.

Given I work with an exclusive number of people and their teams, I consider you and our work together often, usually daily. There is no ‘on’ or ‘off’ the clock for me. At times I will send you relevant articles, arrange introductions and invite you into experiences that will expand your perspective, or contact you with thoughts, questions, ideas. You are invited to do the same with me. Learning is by experience, relevant to what is occurring in your work/life, and at all times very pragmatic.

I work with those whose word is more powerful than a contract, and who understand deeply the investment they are making in themselves, their work, their relationships and their environment.

Fee’s are non refundable. If you discontinue working with me within the 12 months, your retainer will be paid to a mutually agreed charity or beneficiary until the end of the 12 month cycle.

My coaching is not for the faint of heart.
